Project consensus model to full dataset

Thanks for this amazing tool (and consensus wrapper)!

I want to make sure that I'm understanding the consensus workflow correctly:

• The output model [prefix]_consensus.final.joblib consists of only cells from the training data
• I need to run project to project the factors from [prefix]_consensus.final.joblib onto my full dataset

The output model consists only of cells from the training data. You can run project on the cells from the test data (projecting onto [prefix]_consensus.final.joblib) to obtain factor scores for the remaining cells.
