Description
The case of Nexpiera is commonly known and Sinara system should follow global trend to replace any Nexperia products by some replacement. Due to connections between Nexperia and NXP, the latter one should be also taken into account. To keep consistency among all Sinara/DIOT project some preferred replacement should be chosen and only links to this issue should appear in particular projects. As for now I propose following replacements:
- BSH103 -> IRFML8244TRPBF Infineon
- PESD3V3L5UY -> UCLAMP3305P.TCT Samtech
- 74HC4066PW,118 -> CD74HC4066PWR TI
These parts are not direct replacements and in case of TVS diodes some PCB rework would be necessary.
If I will found further parts to be replaced, the above list will be extended.
Any suggestion will be kindly seen.
