Can't get the active wallpaper from a directory

I set my wallpaper shuffle from the folder '/Users/lin/Wallpaper', intend to use macos-wallpaper to pick out currently active one among 12.2GB wallpapers from this folder.
When I type command "wallpaper get", it returns "Error: unable to open database file (code: 14)".
But if I set just one fixed wallpaper from the same folder as my wallpaper, there's no problem to get the path of it.

macOS Version: Sequoia 15.6
