Packer subprocess failed and stopped rotation

After some time, last of the rotated log files turned up not compressed, named like verboseprogram.108.log. The chunk limit was 10M. At the same moment, the current log file, verboseprogram.log, was 90M long.

Force log cutoff on certain size. ~Double the chunk limit?
