From 20ff6db751e707daedace93d5fda7cd93f8e7cff Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Harsh Singh Date: Sun, 9 Aug 2026 03:54:51 +0530 Subject: [PATCH] fix(readme): stop the heading rule from cutting through the mascot MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit GitHub gives every h1 a full-width bottom border, and the mascot floated in the heading's band, so that rule ran straight through the mascot. The old opaque dark disc hid it; once the mascot became transparent the line showed. GitHub strips the CSS that could remove the h1 border, so instead move the mascot to just after the heading — it now floats beside the intro, below the rule, and nothing crosses it. Heading keeps its underline; mascot stays top-right. --- README.md | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index 4f9f282..be159e7 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -1,7 +1,7 @@ -The Kitbasher, the tinkerer who builds from parts - # Kitbash +The Kitbasher, the tinkerer who builds from parts + Kitbash is a compiler for AI agent skills that measures what a skill costs your context window every session — before you install it. You write the skill once in one open format ([KSF](spec/SPEC.md)) and compile it to the native format of ten coding agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Zed, Cline, Devin, Gemini CLI, Aider, the vendor-neutral `.agents/skills/` path, and the `AGENTS.md` floor — plus an opt-in eleventh target, the [Agent Plugins](https://agent-plugins.org) v1.0 package format. While compiling, it measures each output's **standing** cost: the tokens the skill parks in context on every request, whether or not it ever gets used.
