Build rtpproxy with linux distribution's libre and xxhash

I would like to build `rtpproxy` using my distribution's (Ubuntu 24.04) `xxhash` and `libre` packages rather than what's included in `rtpproxy`, but I see no configuration options for that.  Is there a way to do this?
