View Controls help text is outdated — proposal: move it into the settings panel #20

Description

@chraibi

The View Controls panel (top-right, from WBP_SettingPanel) permanently shows a camera-navigation cheat-sheet. Two problems:

  1. It occupies prime viewport space for text you read once.
  2. With the Blender-style navigation now proposed (orbit/pan/zoom + view gizmo, see the upcoming camera PR from our fork), the listed bindings will be wrong.

Proposal: remove the always-on panel and put the text into the settings dialog (e.g. a Controls section next to Performance Settings), or behind the existing ? help button.

Ready-to-paste replacement text once the camera navigation lands:

**Camera Navigation**
Orbit          = Middle-mouse drag  (or Option/Alt + Left-drag)
Pan            = Shift + Middle-mouse drag  (or Shift + Option/Alt + Left-drag)
Zoom = Mouse scroll (zooms toward the cursor)
View presets = Click the axis gizmo balls (top-right); drag the gizmo to orbit
Fly            = W / A / S / D  (Q / E down/up), hold Shift for speed boost
Look = Hold right-mouse button + move mouse

I can't edit the widget from our side of the fence conveniently (binary asset, merge conflicts), so filing this rather than a PR. Happy to review wording.
