No more GUI api in R client ?

There use to be an api endpoint in the R package for the GUI, it is not the case anymore, would it be possible to reimplement it ?

At the moment i have to manually do api$api_client$CallApi()

Hey there!

I just confirmed what I guessed would be the cause: SIRIUS in headless mode now automatically hides the GUI endpoint. Even when not started with --headless parameters, it autodetects the non-graphical environment in the GitHub runners. In fact, even when trying to force it with --gui.

We will need to add a special argument for this to SIRIUS that lets us really force it to expose the GUI API on a headless system. I will update and close the issue once this is implemented, most likely just with the next SRIUS release ;)

We figured it is rather more elegant to simulate a graphical environment in the runner than adding a hidden parameter to SIRIUS. #179 introduces this fix and now includes the GUI. I just merged the pull requests on the conda feedstocks so the new build will be live on conda-forge shortly!
