Cannot use API if not logged in

Hello,

Sorry to keep spamming with issues, hopefully it's the last one ... ;-)

When there is no active login, I cannot seem to be able to use the API at all. However, the GUI still works, e.g. I can open and view an existing project. From what I understood, the login should only be necessary for server activities right? The main use case here is that I would like to test the SIRIUS interface on CI with a previously processed project (as could be done before).
