Broken on Mountain Lion

No idea if this code is still being maintained, but its broken on Mountain Lion. The views aren't added until the scroll comes to an end.

I found that it works a lot better, if you use https://github.com/github/Rebel/blob/master/Rebel/RBLClipView.h or CAScrollLayer just as the Rebel framework does it. It still chokes on drawing, but it doesn't wait until the momentum scrolling ends. (At least for me).
