is this claim "Import NZBs and stream directly from your usenet provider" backed by SpotNet protocol?

I am concerned by the AIOstream warning or two ip addresses hitting the NZB indexer (cancellation of lifetime)

Honestly, I had't heard of SpotNet until just now. From my brief research it looks like it supports sabnzbd, which means it should be able to talk to debridav. To me it seems that https://github.com/Spottarr/Spottarr is the best fit for using it with debridav. I will test when I have a chance.
