Diagnostics page is ugly and hard to use

Problem

Originally this was implemented as a simple way for users to provide the devs with data so that the devs could help them. Most issues reported by users are not bugs but user error (which isn't blaming the user - the app can be opaque at times). The diagnostics page is functional, but it looks hacked together and unprofessional. Providing some UI love to it would enhance it and make it look less like a bolted on hack. (Note: in V2 we can make it much better...but even in the current codebase there is scope to make it prettier).

Bonus Task

Either as part of the UI overhaul or separately, investigate whether we can add a button to automatically send the data on request to skymapdevs@. This doesn't need to be a screenshot - it can be a textual representation. We'd need a way to invoke the user's email client (via an Intent) and preload the email with the data and the correct email address. It's crucial that the user understands what data they're sharing though.

To add the 'send diagnostics' button

Add a button to activity_diagnostic.xml and a handler in DiagnosticActivity.java that:

1. Gathers the currently displayed diagnostic strings into a body
2. Fires an Intent.ACTION_SENDTO with mailto:skymapdevs@gmail.com, subject, and body pre-filled
3. No new permissions needed — it delegates to the user's mail app
