Stale merge-queue false-positive. This fired on the gh-readonly-queue/main/pr-502-… attempt (commit 30fc8c0); a later merge-queue attempt succeeded and PR #502 merged to main on 2026-07-02 (merge commit 278651e). ci-failure-notify.yml only opens/updates these trackers and never closes them, so closing manually.
