Message Tab settings not getting applied without refresh or clearing cache

What happened

On the slack app : App Home > Show Tabs > Messages Tab. If we are enabling or disabling it, the changes are not getting reflected on the slack app unless we press (cmd + R) or Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart

Expected behavior

It should be automatically refreshed, when we enable or disable the Home Tab

Would you mind providing more information or context on how you're using this slack library that is causing the issues you're seeing?
