Get compiling on Bamboo

Get Bamboo to auto-compile and auto-create releases. Especially nice would be to add additional targets (different versions of MATLAB, maybe even Windows). Also, we should add more compile-ables including things in wrappers/image-proc and wrappers/CHM_drump_param.m.
