Custom Talks Lose of Data

Describe the bug
Currently the custom uploaded talks lose their slide over time, because the display link changes over time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with a real user
2. Go to the talks tab
3. Upload a talk
4. Wait ~1 hour
5. Reload the talk tab
6. See that the talk is bugged

Expected behavior
The custom uploaded talk should never be bugged, to make this happen the talks functionality should be reworked
