Feature request: local banlist

Let me preface this request with first saying thanks for all the work on this fantastic meter.

With the connection to uwu, I believe implementing a local banlist should be possible.

Workflow might be something like this:

1. Right click dps meter bar -> add to banlist
2. Optional input for reason of ban
3. log-logs looks up list of character names belonging to roster on uwu
4. Add reason for ban, list of character names to local db

Next time character name appears in dps meter, pop up a warning with the banned character name and reason for ban.
