Make legacy SQLLogger tracing safe on Doctrine DBAL 4 installs

The bundle still ships DbalLoggerDecorator for older Doctrine DBAL versions, but Doctrine\DBAL\Logging\SQLLogger is not available on DBAL 4 installs.

Current impact:

• PHPStan fails on newer dependency sets because the interface is missing
• the legacy compatibility layer is hard to validate on current installs

The bundle should keep the old integration for legacy DBAL, but it should not break analysis or maintenance on DBAL 4 environments.
