Simulation of unreliable connections #743
Description
We received a feature request via the survey - the idea here is to create a throttle-like functionality similar to what to what chrome devtools has but for LiveView.
"Must-have, better validation of broken and unreliable connections, or simulating broken "handlers", etc. (Also partially possible via other means, but LiveDebugger could make it easier)"
