Optimal decision threshold #7

Hi,
thank you for your work! I would like to kindly ask you what would be the optimal decision threshold for differentiating between a residue being positive or negative prediction, as the tool returns a probability in range [0,1].
I checked all the documentation and the paper, but I was not able to retrieve this information.
Further, I tried to assess the threshold manually by inspecting several output files from the https://gpubio.xyz/ portal by comparing the 'Filtered predictions' and 'Raw predictions' , but the results were inconclusive.
Did I miss something? If not, would it be possible to supplement this information?
