User Story
As a Solid DS consumer, I want one unified, non-interactive label component with configurable colors, fill/outline variants, and border-none/border-rounded options, so I can label UI elements consistently without choosing between sd-chip and sd-flag.
Suggested Solution
We will merge sd-chip and sd-flag into a single non-interactive label component that offers multiple color options, supports fill and outline variants, and provides border styles (none or rounded).
