Field-test provisioning drivers against live panels

The 10 server integrations (Pterodactyl, Proxmox VE, Convoy, VirtFusion, cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, Virtualizor, Plesk, Enhance, Webmin/Virtualmin) are written against each vendor's documented API. If you run one of these panels, a validation pass would be hugely valuable:

1. Enable the extension with your panel credentials (staging!)
2. Order a product wired to it → verify create/suspend/unsuspend/terminate
3. Report anything that misbehaves here, with the audit-log error if any

One comment per panel is perfect — even a simple ✅ "works on X version" helps.
