Deleting songs through file manager doesn't lower playlist counter but still removes song

Describe the bug
If you delete a song through the file manager for whatever reason, the playlist's track counter isn't lowered but the track no longer appears (and therefore you can't really remove it)

To Reproduce

1. Add a song to a playlist
2. Delete the song through a file manager
3. Go back to the playlist and see it still counting the missing track

Expected behavior
The track counter to go down or some way to remove the invalid track

I'd also like to note that occasionally the app just closes while playing music, and I have a suspicion it's related but haven't found a consistent setup yet. I've got logcat open in case it happens again and will post whatever error I see if it happens.
