Application closes, when closing other windows

There is an issue where when on the app i open preferences or keyboard shortcats , window and then i press the x to close the window then the whole app closes . I have checked the logs , and there are none there.

If i open one of those windows and then close them using 'esc' it work as intended .

Do you mean you pressed the right-top 'X' (close) button on titlebar? If so, I can not reproduce this issue on my Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS (WSL).

Try to enable Use native window frame from Preferences window.
