[Bug] changes panel showing wrong file names

The 'changes' panel is showing incorrect file names

After changing the display structure (filepath/tree/...) the bug was resolved, and i could not recreate the issue.
If i can gather more information about the bug i will make sure to post it, but sadly enough this is all i have.

If nobody else encountered this issue i will assume it is a once-in-a-time-bug because i recently upgraded versions (through scoop) as i also cannot recreate it.

Which file path are you referring to as incorrect? The one pointed to by the green arrow on the left or the red one on the right?

The one on the left is the wrong one. The red one on the right is correct.

I couldn't reproduce this bug either, but I modified the code that might cause the issue.
