Subject: [PATCH] test: throwaway control for pre-existing try-scenario
 failures

Diagnostic only, to be reverted. Adds a workflow that reaches ember try:one
without reusing anything from PR #15 (ci.yml stays at v2, actions pinned by
SHA, no cache: yarn), so the resulting failures cannot be attributed to that
PR's diff.
