1.21.11 Lightning / Texture Bug with Optifine and CTM Transitions

Description of Issue

Some plants like wheat or glowberrys have some weird textures with optifine on. (see Screenshots)
The glowberrys tepend strongly on how close the player is to the opject. (i made 2 screenshots 1 far away and 1 close enough that the problem disapears)

Also the connected textures with in my case PureBDcraft are doing some weird things. (see Screnshots)

Steps to Reproduce

2. ...to find this bug?

I just startet a new world (havent played in 12months) and startet notice those issues
Deleted all Texturepacks and Shaders, Deleted Minecraft and Downloaded it new.
Removed all additional packs one by one.
The glas problem went away after removing the CTM pack wich requires Optifine and optifine itself.
The issue with glow berrys and wheat only went away when starting minecraft without optifine.

The Shaders i testet (Complementary, BSL and no shader at all) didnt make any difference
