Record the cross-client demo (60–90s): cold brief + memory crossing clients

The README proof currently demos the static brief (before/after orientation). The moment nobody else can show is memory crossing clients — it's absent from the proof today.

The demo

1. Register a project in the desktop app (or via the enroll skill)
2. Ask Claude Desktop about it cold → it answers with the brief
3. retain a decision from one client (e.g., Claude Code)
4. recall it from another (e.g., Codex) — the context followed you

Scope

• Script and record 60–90s screen capture (launch plan Day -16/-15 has the GIF/video slots)
• Produce: full video, a short GIF of the recall moment for README/social, stills for posts
• Use the demo workspace from launch plan Day -18 (synthetic data, nothing personal on screen)
• Add the memory-crossing-clients sequence to the README proof section alongside the brief demo
