The node seems to be unpredictable in terms of its runtime.
Even if I get only 10 entries back, it can take up to 5-10min. But on other occasions it runs quite fast.
In general, my input is a buffer of 10-50km diameter. I also reduced to area to only areas above a certain hight, to limit the searchable area - without any noticable effect.
