You seem to use 'xxx' quite often as a placeholder for the MEE article DOI. It seems we are stuck in a sort of catch 22 where you would need the DOI to replace the 'xxx' but to get the DOI the 'xxx' needs to be replaced.
Once again I think this is a low priority issue that will fix itself when the article gets published !
