Open-source tools for LoRa mesh networking, currently focused on
MeshCore. Two things, both MIT
licensed and free:

  • Offband MeshCore: a cross-platform client for MeshCore radios. Chat, on-map node tracking, repeater administration, and offline on-device translation, over BLE, USB serial, or TCP.
  • Offband firmware: a MeshCore fork adding observer/repeater enhancements, MQTT publishing, NimBLE, and boot-survival diagnostics for ESP32-S3 boards.

No company, no accounts, no telemetry, no servers in the middle. It's built in spare time and given away.

Sponsorship covers test radios, hardware, developer program fees, and the hours. Nothing is paywalled, and nothing changes if you don't sponsor.
