Hi, I'm Alex 👋

I'm a C++/Python developer and solo indie founder based in Belgrade. I've been building open source for years:

  • filecast - fast file transfer over LAN using UDP broadcast, with packet loss recovery
  • geo-utils-cpp - header-only C++17 library for lat/lng geometry: distance, bearing, area, point-in-polygon
  • And other useful tools

I also do security research on open-source projects (I'm credited for CVE-2026-46338 - path traversal in pymdown-extensions), with more advisories in review.

All of this happens in my free time, next to the projects that pay my bills. Sponsorship converts directly into that time: faster issue responses, better docs, new releases, and more security research on code we all depend on.
