Failed to Update User Token from Web API (MLM2PRO)

I am receiving the error in the title despite having an active Rapsodo account and authenticated MLM2PRO for Awesome Golf via the Rapsodo app. I have restarted my PC multiple times and the MLM2PRO multiple times. Any ideas? Thank you.

Is your Internet connection ok? This error is generated when the connector is unable to obtain a token from the Rapsodo API.

SSL certificate issue, I've tried to access the API and it worked ok, i.e. no certificate errors. Do you have any firewall or security settings that may be interfering with it. Can you try accessing https://mlm.rapsodo.com/api/simulator/user/186932 via your browser, you will get something like this if all is ok:

Second, the link worked, but I also tried adding the connector as a firewall exception. Going to head back out and test now.

Hmmm same issue - I am trying to do the connection via bluetooth if that makes a difference?

Nevermind....solved it. Had a 3rd party corporate firewall blocking it. It is working!
