feat: Experiment: use edge workers instead of DO #5
Description
Leaving the functionality of DO as an optional source of truth for a replica version, let's create a Cloudflare Workers version of storing data using R2 and the existing D1 database.
Add a coordinator field to replicas that is do or edge.
