Add link to join the sponsoring company's tribe within tickets $@50000

As a developer who is interested in the type of work that a company is offering on Sphinx Community, I want to be able to join that company's tribe to receive notifications when new tickets are available. Below the action buttons in the detail view of the ticket, add a link that reads "Interested in seeing more tickets like this? Join the tribe and get notified about new tickets" The link should be an invite link for the sponsoring company's tribe

I think this is a good idea @ecurrencyhodler do you have any thoughts on this. We may need to think about how this might work if there is no tribe attached to the bounty or if the tribe is a private one not listed on tribes.sphinx.chat

Hey @kapildadhich075 you've responded on several tickets asking to be assigned. Let's have you complete one first and then assign more if it goes well. This issue is still open.

@kevkevinpal Yeah I think this would fit into our architecture discussions around notifications. I guess the question would be do we want one we control across all tribes or let each org manage their own tribes. I'll add it to our notification issue for now.

Submitted frontend PR for this 50,000-sat issue: stakwork/sphinx-tribes-frontend#1622

Scope:

• Adds the requested "Interested in seeing more tickets like this? Join the tribe and get notified about new tickets" link below the bounty action buttons when a sponsoring tribe is available.
• Reuses the existing tribe redirect handler so the link opens the same sponsoring tribe destination as the current tribe button.
• Adds focused coverage for rendering and clicking the new link.

Validation:

• git diff --check passed.
• Focused Jest run was blocked locally because this fresh frontend checkout could not install dependencies: jest was unavailable, and two yarn install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts attempts stalled in repeated package fetch retries.
