Subject: [PATCH] repo2graph: named volume for the vein cache dir

VEIN_CACHE_DIR=/usr/src/app/cache backed by a <name>-cache named volume,
so the GAIA dataset checkout (gated — cannot be baked into the image;
cold clone takes minutes) plus scorer and on-demand python venv survive
container recreation. Same pattern as the sessions/artifacts/reqs vols,
with a bind + env test to match.
