navigating to a bounty should show the public link in url

When I click on a bounty under my own user, it goes to a link like https://community.sphinx.chat/p/cs41oeatu2ruhkvbm5rg/bounties/4255/1

But it should just navigate to the public link:

https://community.sphinx.chat/bounty/4256

Because someone might just copy the url and share it that way, instead of clicking the Copy Link button

I am interested in working on this feature. I'll implement routing changes so navigating to a bounty shows the public link URL format instead of the workspace-format URL.
