Pre-flight checks
What problem does this solve?
I had an SVG of an isometric datacenter rack. after importing it... it appeared as though the icon was vertically split in half... that is half the rack "below" the drawing plane, and half "above" the drawing plane.
Proposed solution
If there were a way to have a vertical alignment style option or a height relative to plane slider... (similar to the label height slider) personally would like the "bottom" of the imported graphic to be anchored by default to the base of the base plane. Then if needed.. have the ablity to increase the height of an icon so that it might appear to float above the plane.
Alternatives you've considered
the only other option I can think of is externally modifying the icon. many users do not have the skill or ability to do this.
Are you willing to work on this?
Partially - I could help but would need guidance
