Integrate AI Chat for Scrum Planning Poker on Issues

As a project manager or team member
I want to engage in the Scrum Planning Poker game with an AI chat on GitHub issues
So that I can provide my estimate first, then receive the AI's estimates, and play the full Planning Poker game per the rules, with the final estimate saved on the issue.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given an issue, when I start the Scrum Planning Poker game through an AI chat, then the AI should ask for my initial estimate number.
• Given I provide my estimate, the AI should then provide its estimates, and we should collaboratively play the full Planning Poker game per the rules.
• Given the game is completed, when I view the issue, then the final estimated number should be saved and displayed as the estimate on the issue.
• Given that the estimate is saved, when I check the issue details, then the estimate should be visible to all team members.

Additional Details

• The AI chat should facilitate interactive and real-time discussions, ensuring the rules of Planning Poker are followed.
• The final estimate should be stored in a clear and accessible format for all team members.
