Enable AI Voice Chat to Switch Active GitHub Repository

As a user of Apollo,
I want to use the AI voice chat feature
So that I can switch the current active GitHub repository with voice commands.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given I am using the AI voice chat, when I say a command to switch the active GitHub repository, then the repository should be changed to the specified one.
• Given I have switched the repository, when I issue another relevant command, then the actions should apply to the newly active repository.

Additional Details

• Ensure the voice command is clear and allows for specifying the repository name or identifier.
• Validate the change of the active repository and reflect it in the current session.

Definition of Done

• AI voice chat interface supports switching between GitHub repositories.
• The active repository context is updated correctly based on voice commands.
