DRIMSeq subscript out of bounds

I've run DRIMSeq and am trying to get the FDR from StageR as suggested in their vingette.

When I run it, I'm getting the error

Error in object@adjustedP[unlist(idListOrdTx), ] : 
  subscript out of bounds

I have some NAs in my file (can't run stagewise adjustment without allowNA).

This is an error which has I think been solved before but is causing issues for me.

Is this something I can do anything about, or will it just be resolved at some point in the future?

@SethMagnusJarvis setting "order = FALSE" in getAdjustedPValues() did a trick for me.
