ODK central does not let us create dataset variables called "label", because all datasets automatically have one.
But we must include "label" in the upload of farms to ODK central.
Currently, there is no way to explicitly state what that label should look like. We need to add the ability for the user to state which column in the farm import should be used as the "human-readable" label, and explain in the question that this is the label that will be shown to enumerators when selecting the farm.
We then need to include those values explicitly as "labels" when pushing to ODK central.
