Status specs wrongly numbered

Not critical, just a minor detail.

Was going over the Waku docs (https://specs.status.im/spec/1) and found out that the current sort is not the intended one (numeric, rather than alphabetic)

I have a hunch that they're being assigned by string rather than by number making the display not showing the intended sort

Thanks for this @bhflm! I'm going to transfer this issue to the Status specs repo, as these Waku v1 usage specs are maintained there. :) It's indeed a bit confusing, as the Waku specs (those not addressing Status usage) are indeed maintained by our teams. The specs we maintain are all on rfc.vac.dev.
