Handling Prime Meridian values

For the east/west boundaries in ADCC it should be possible to use either the antimeridian -180:180 values, or Prime Meridian 0:360 values, while in MMD we use only -180/180 values. Should we add support for this in the creation of mmd files?

Either we do or we have guidelines that are more specific. Following WMO/GCW meetings we will make a suggestion for updates to ACDD. I am just wondering what would be the most robust approach?
