Issues detected testing against SLF TDS

Some issues detected:

• Default reference to dataset landing page at ADC is generated even if hosted at SLF, needs rework
• Summary is not picked up, need to check again
• identifier is not picked up, automatically generates an ADC identifier which is wrong.

Need to submit a fix for the traversing as this TDS provides a number of None infile responses.

Mathias wants to have clarification on separation of first and last name as well license. He also want sto be able to convey information on a landing page external to TDS. Need a ACDD extension for this.

Mathias is checking on summary, license works well, need to discuss further first/last name. Add more robustness for missing identifiers. SLF is now adding identifiers and that works well.

Some comments:

• indeed when the id is present then the ADC landing page will not be added, so all should be good if ids are available.
• for external landing pages we already can parse the references of the form "url (type:description)" where the type is one of the https://vocab.met.no/mmd/Related_Information_Types values. So if it is possible to place it there it should already be working (see Improve parsing of references #53 )
• for the first/last name it is a bit tricky. It could be possible of course to use something like "Last; First, Last2; First2", but this does not seem to be the common way in ACDD which only mention a comma separated list. We could agree that if we find a ";" we read it as "last; first", but not having first/last in our model we would anyway need to revert it back.
