Unraid UID setting

By default the container runs as UID 1001. Unraid's nobody:users (99:100), set these in the template:

• PUID=99
• PGID=100

Hey @j-cardell Thanks for the tip, this was exactly right. I have shipped it: the container now honors PUID/PGID, and the Unraid Community Applications template defaults them to nobody:users (99/100), so files written to appdata are owned correctly out of the box. You can also override them on a plain docker run with -e PUID=... -e PGID=...; leaving them unset keeps the previous UID 1001 behavior.

It is live on the ghcr.io/stemdeckapp/stemdeck:edge image now (re-pull to pick it up). Appreciate you flagging it.
