Safari mobile view issues

The cad container intersects with the footer and dragging the footer causes the cad container to move.

In Safari (mobile or not) the canvas sometimes renders on top of any other elements (namely, the compass and align icon, but also the footer in mobile view) overlapping its screen space.

This seems to be affected by the rotation of the CADView. The compass also renders on top of the footer in mobile view.
