[3.7] - SteemPlus tab selection prevents navigation options in profile menu working as expected (replies, comments, blog)

Expected behavior

The navigation options provided on Steemit should work when using any pages added by SteemPlus.

Actual Behaviour

When using tabs within the user profile page a user will not be able to use the navigation options for comments, blog or replies in the top right menu (triggered on click of profile image) if they have a tab provided by Steem Plus selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. From a fresh install download SteemPlus here
2. Complete the on-boarding flow and sign in via SteemConnect
3. You will be redirected to Steemit.com (if you're already on the site, refresh to ensure the SteemPlus extension is working as expected)
4. Navigate to your profile
5. Click on the Steem Monsters tab (tab added by Steem Plus)
6. Click on your profile image shown at the top right of the page, this will show a list of navigation options.
7. Click on the option "comments".
8. Note that the page doesn't change to comments.

Note: The same behavior will occur with replies and blog.
