Write a contribution guide

I'd love to be able to debug and test this locally, but right now I have not a clue on how to actually do this.

Could we add a contribution guide so other people could understand how to develop this locally?

I've created a contribution guide that might be helpful and pushed it up on the master branch. Some details still need to be ironed out though. I'd love to hear if you have any thoughts or suggestions.

Interested in contributing as well.
As react-native + react-native-web storybook v6 user, using the iOS simular to scroll to the proper component-story can be annoying.

If it fits withh this project, I'd be interested in porting some functionality from https://github.com/orta/vscode-react-native-storybooks/
