Improve new workset creation UX — unclear what to add upfront #139

Description

@jrschumacher

When creating a new workset for the first time, it's not obvious that you don't need to add all your repos at once. Coming from tools like Conductor, the natural assumption is to migrate everything in one shot, which leads to over-adding repos upfront.

This was easy to undo, but the initial confusion suggests the creation flow could benefit from better guidance.

Ideas

  • Add a brief hint during creation explaining that repos can be added/removed at any time
  • Consider a "start minimal" suggestion — e.g. "Add the repos you're working on right now. You can always add more later."
  • If migrating from another tool, a migration guide or tip could help set expectations

Context

  • First-time user friction, especially for users migrating from similar tools
  • Not a blocker — the undo path works fine — but a UX polish opportunity
